Hillhouse - Koh Yao Noi offers six bungalows spaced across a hillside garden, each with a private balcony overlooking the bay. The Glang 1 bungalow has a larger sea view and an upscale bathroom, with windows tinted for privacy. Rooms are equipped with air conditioning, a ceiling fan, a mosquito net over the bed, and a large hammock on the deck.

Breakfast

Hillhouse serves a daily breakfast that includes mango sticky rice, a choice of eggs or pancakes, and a fresh fruit smoothie. Guests start with homemade mango sticky rice, then select eggs with toast or Thai pancakes with fruit toppings. Unlimited coffee and tea are also provided during breakfast in the open-air dining area.

On-Site Activities

The hotel rents scooters for 200 THB per day, with a mini-training available for first-time riders. Private boat tours to the nearby islands, including Ko Hong, are operated by the owner Don for 3200 THB per trip. Guests can also borrow bicycles, canoes, or book kayaks directly from the property.

Location & Transportation

Hillhouse is located 1.7 km from Klong Jark Beach and a few minutes' walk from the Tha Khao pier on the east side of Koh Yao Noi. The property is a 40-minute ferry ride from Ao Thalene near Krabi and a 30-minute speedboat from Bang Rong pier in Phuket. Guests can walk to Bayview Restaurant and other local dining spots along the coast.

Nature & Wildlife

The bungalows are set among tropical vegetation where guests see rhinoceros hornbills, squirrels, and varans daily from their balconies. At low tide, guests walk across the bay to the small islet of Ko Nok. The property faces east, so sunrise is visible from every bungalow's balcony or hammock.
